The instructors at Activ Adventures are the best adventure and expedition staff you’ll find. We take real pride in sourcing, recruiting, and training all staff, with an emphasis on attention to detail, safety and fun. All staff on our programmes are enhanced DBS checked, trained and qualified for their role, and employed for their engaging manner with young people.
We abide by our stringent safer recruitment policy, which incorporates a comprehensive check on all staff before any employment. All staff certificates are available upon request to adults booking events with Activ Adventures. As well as safety, we recruit staff who we feel will engage best with groups on our events. Our events must be safe, but also exciting and rewarding for all involved.
