Registration is between 9 and 9.15am. Camp finishes at 3.30pm. If you need extra time to collect your child do let us know.

  • What to bring

Your child will need to bring a change of clothes each day in case of bad weather (or aqua slide in the Summer). Don't forget lunch and a drink and snacks for break times. We operate a healthy snack shop during break times for children requiring extra energy. Bring plenty of fluids, particularly in hot weather. A water bottle, with your child's name on, is recommended as we encourage all children to drink water regularly throughout the day. Please ensure your child also brings sun cream and a sun hat for all days on summer camps, and warm clothing and waterproofs for October/Easter camps. For summer camps, as we cannot provide cream for all children every day, please apply the sun cream to your child in the morning before camp commences and send the appropriate factor with your child. Your child's Group Leader will remind and assist your child in reapplying the cream throughout the day (unless you advise us otherwise).

What your child should not bring

Mobile phones. There is a telephone in the main office on all camps that all children can use to phone home. If it is essential for your child to have a mobile phone we require this to be handed in to the Group Leader at the beginning of the day. Computer Games, music players of any kind, water pistols and water guns will be confiscated and locked away in the main office until the end of the day. We cannot be held responsible if items go missing, nor compensate for them. We provide al the equipment for all activties so there is no need for your child to being their own.
