Team Challenge Plus

Our multi-day programme aimed at improving leadership, communication and initiative. We find that overnight trips offer substantial benefits to groups in comparison to single days. Lessons learnt and new friendships are fully consolidated leaving participants better able to benefit from our fantastic activities. We use a variety of techniques, games and reflection time to really get the most out of the group. Our experienced instructors know how to create a challenging yet nurturing environment which allows participants to really push themselves and get out of their comfort zones.

• Day 2 would follow a similar schedule with different activities e.g. crate-stacking, rock climbing and initiative games.

Team Spirit plus sessions are run exclusively at our activities base in Brecon, Wales. The stunning scenery and numerous opportunities for adventurous activities make this an unbeatable venue for our Team Spirit Plus programmes. We normally organise transport and accommodation for our groups, but details tend to vary between schools and so we will discuss this with you prior to booking.
