Personal and social development courses for year groups looking for exciting and memorable SHARED EXPERIENCES. Ideal for year groups requiring time together outside of the classroom setting.
THE TEAM CHALLENGE PROGRAMME
Our one or half-day programme aimed at TEAM BUILDING through fun and adventurous activities with an emphasis on LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION and INITIATIVE. We use a variety of techniques, games and reflection time to really get the most out of the group. Our experienced instructors know how to create a challenging yet nurturing environment which allows participants to really push themselves and get out of their comfort zones. LOCATION: on site or at selected venues across the UK.

POSSIBLE ITINERARY...
AM: Arrival at venue and the group are introduced to the instructors and the programme of the day. Group split into teams and are informed of their objectives for the day. Morning activities lead to lunch.
PM: Afternoon team challenges lead to the team finale at the end of the programme. All teams complete their objectives and compete on the final stage with each other. Time for a debrief at the end of the session and time to award any prizes.
Teams depart and head for home, happy, safe and with MEMORIES to share back at school.

ON SITE:At your school, campsite or venue of your choice in the UK. We can travel and meet you where it is most convenient.
LONDON & HOME COUNTIES: We have a network of adventure sites within a short drive of London. You are never too far from a great day out!
NEW FOREST NATIONAL PARK:Two great venues in the heart of the New Forest National Park offer groups of all sizes a great opportunity for the Team Challenge Programme.
BRECON BEACONS NATIONAL PARK:This is our adventure playground and a great place for the more adventurous groups. Great for residential adventure programmes but also a great setting for one day programmes for groups close by.
