Activ Adventures have extensive experience as providers (and pupils!) of the 'Outdoor and Adventurous Activities' module of GSCE and A-level PE. We tailor our courses to your exam board and are particularly familiar with the specifications for AQA, OCR and EdExcel. Choosing adventurous activities as a module for your A-level or GCSE PE class provides an opportunity for your students to get away from the classroom, sports hall or running track. Your students will return not only with a module of expertly and enthusiastically delivered PE under their belt but refreshed and bonded together ready for the rest of the course.

Itineraries vary depending on the activity but are usually based upon an in-school training period run over several weeks prior to the trip followed a two (GCSE) or three (A-level) day programme in the Brecon Beacons in which skills will be taught and tested under a variety of conditions.

GCSE/A-level PE courses are run exclusively at our activities base in Brecon, Wales. The stunning scenery and numerous convenient opportunities for adventurous activities make this an unbeatable venue. We normally organise transport and accommodation (camping) for our groups, but requirements tend to vary between schools so we will discuss this with you prior to booking.
